BAW commercial duty racks were designed for the full time shaper that demands the stability required for exact, symmetrical shaping. They are built for minimum distortion and movement, from 1/4” thick mild steel and attached to heavy 1/2” thick base flanges. Our front rack “hanger” is part of a goose neck design making the length fully adjustable along with a height adjustment. The rear rack is fully height adjustable to achieve a perfectly level working platform for your exact requirements. Your “set-up” adjustments are held by tightening 6 bolts. We use bolts, not thumb screws, to minimize power cords getting hung up while working around the blank. This shaping rack system is made with heavy wall steel tubing (1/4”), individually Tig Welded and powder coated satin black for years of durability and use (all you need to do is attach your padding or carpet to the “hat” portion of each rack). This heavy duty shaping rack, with pre-drilled flanged bases, is easily mounted to a floor with proper type lag bolts and grout (both not included due to your particular requirements) for perfect leveling.
