MANUFACTURING

All of our products are primarily made from mild steel, stainless steel or aluminum. All of our products are made here in the USA and conform to ISO 9001:2008 standards. Our 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility is state of the art utilizing the latest CAD/CAM software Solidworks 3D solid modeling, AutoCAD, IntelliCAD, Fabriwin and SurfCAM. The fabrication department utilizes Amada CNC turret punches, Amada CNC press brakes and Durma Lasers. The machining department utilizes Fadal and Haas Vertical CNC machining centers and Okuma CNC lathe. Our welding processes used in manufacturing our products include TIG, MIG or Spot (PTW) welding.
